Bookings and payments
When you confirm and pay for a stay, your booking is finalized only after payment succeeds. The host's listing terms (including the cancellation policy you saw at checkout) apply.
Cancellations and refunds
Each listing displays a cancellation policy at checkout. Refunds are calculated based on that policy and the time of cancellation.
